ABOUT STOCKROOMSOURCE

Good work starts
with knowing what’s there.

StockroomSource is an inventory software project focused on the everyday needs of small businesses: finding materials, keeping locations organized, and understanding where stock goes.

Our focus is practical. Start with the stockroom, connect it to the working day, and make the details easier to follow. We’re continuing to develop the application and explore how it can fit alongside the other software businesses use.

We’d like to hear how your team works—and what would make your day easier.

Talk with us

A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING

Before we talk.

Here’s where the product stands today. We’ll walk through your specific needs during a demo.

What can StockroomSource help us manage?

Items, storage locations, stock receipts, transfers, job usage, returns, physical counts, and replenishment suggestions. Reports include purchase costs and estimated job material costs.

Can we track stock in more than one location?

Yes. The application supports location hierarchies such as rooms, racks, shelves, and bins, as well as vans. Inventory cards show quantities by location, and transfers record stock moving between them.

Can our team use phones, tablets, and scanners?

The interface includes responsive technician screens, manual and keyboard scan lookup, and camera QR/barcode scanning. Camera scanning requires HTTPS and permission. Device compatibility is still being validated; tell us which devices you use so we can confirm suitability.

Can we print inventory labels?

QR labels can be printed through the browser or downloaded as PDFs. Direct Brother printer integration is still in development. We can discuss your label sizes and printing workflow during a demo.

Can we bring in our existing inventory?

Tell us what you use today and how your data is organized. A general self-service spreadsheet import is not currently offered; we’ll discuss migration needs and confirm what’s possible before you make a change.

Does it connect to our other software?

Integrations are evolving and availability needs to be confirmed for your setup. We aren’t promising automatic two-way synchronization. Let us know the systems you rely on and which information you want to connect.

How much does it cost, and how do we get started?

Public pricing and self-service signup aren’t available yet. Request a demo to discuss your team, locations, and requirements, and ask about availability and pricing.

Is this ready to replace our live inventory system?

The product is still being developed and validated. Production readiness, access controls, deployment, and your workflow requirements need to be reviewed before using it for live business operations. A demo is a chance to explore the current capabilities and discuss those next steps.
